Process journal: frequencies

This week, I have struggled to write. The more I’ve pushed the less I’ve been able to receive.

A creative block is so often about being in the liminal space where something new is waiting to emerge.

Rather than having no ideas, I can feel signals in the dark that are on a frequency that isn’t yet available to me.

This week, those signals have been enigmatic, even secretive. Warning me of a change to come.

One thing I have learned this year is to listen to that inner voice and to trust in its guidance.

What do you do when you feel that depth charge of something new? That frequency that is not quite discernable? That space between excitement and terror?
